Refunds & Returns

At Terra & Tone, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet care items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
